The Executive Team
Joe Cherry has been a recognized leader in the sales industry for over 25 years. His experience includes corporate level positions in the office products industry, leasing and financial industry and family entertainment industry. In 2001, he also launched the program that created many of the products that represented the “Spirit of America” image of the firemen raising the American flag from the events surrounding 9/11. These negotiations included developing partnerships with world-class companies such as Timex, MBNA Credit Cards, Thermos and Fellowes.
Joe is the founder of Exectras, solidifying relationships with Fortune 500 companies like Chase Paymentech, Paychex and Liberty Mutual. He also negotiated contracts with world recognized brands such as Lloyd’s of London. His passion for children and continuing education were the driving factors behind his development of the Exectras College Scholarship Program. Joe currently also sits as Chairman of Land & Building Development for a non-profit 501-c(3) corporation, The Envision Sienna Park Project.
Joe serves his community, his church, his company, his family and every customer passionately from a point of “relationships are everything”. He is married to Sara, and they have four children, Nico, Gino, Isabella and Gianna. He enjoys scuba diving, fishing, golfing and time with friends and family.

Mike’s role with Exectras is currently three-fold as he heads up multiple departments (Operations/Underwriting/HR). With a background in business management for nearly 25 years, Mike has also co-owned several start-up companies and is the co-founder of Exectras. He has also worked for large Fortune 50 companies like the Lowe’s Corporation. While there Mike gained extensive knowledge in day-to-day operations, planning, employee development, safety regulations, customer relations and human resources. He also has 10 years of experience in banking & leasing.
In his free time, Mike enjoys playing recreational ice hockey, as well as golfing, fishing, and boating. He has worked with Habitat for Humanity, serving as a board member and project coordinator rebuilding homes in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. He also serves as a founding member of his local church. Mike has two children, Joseph and Julia.
Director of Technology
After moving to Texas in 2012, Zach Spader joined the Exectras team as Director of Technology. He has a passion for new technologies and innovation. Zach brought to Exectras a proven track record of creativity, problem solving, and an intense drive to serve customers and drive retention. A self-proclaimed “Jack of all trades,” he is the go-to person at Exectras for training and support regarding the CRM, computers and all forms of communication.
Zach is also an avid photographer, music lover, and is on the board of directors at his local community theater.
Director of Association Relationships
Tom joined the Exectras team 8 years ago, bringing with him over 2 decades of successful sales engagements from start-up ventures to Fortune 500 companies. Originally hired as an account executive, Tom exhibited strengths making him the ideal candidate to lead a number of high value initiatives for the company. Over the past 8 years Tom has worked directly with many of the associations and strategic accounts that are active partners with Exectras today.
Segundo “Tory” Olmedo
Director of Membership Support
Tory is currently the Director of Membership Support which oversees the team that processes all membership applications. He and his team are also responsible for inventory, shipping – receiving, and customer service. He is a licensed insurance agent, holding licenses for life, health, property, and casualty.
He has been in and out of the merchant processing industry for just over ten years. Working in sales, customer support, underwriting and training departments during this time. The culmination of his time and experience in various parts of the industry has brought him to his current role in leading our membership support department.
