Log into your myExectras Portal (please note that this feature is only available in the Premium version. Go here to learn more about Premium and to upgrade).

Navigate to the Performance tab and choose from the templates on the left side of your screen: +Goals, +Check-in, +Review, and +Report. Each category has prebuilt criteria; input your own or create a new one using a mixture of the two!
