Exectras announces formation of Exectras payments
Exectras, Inc. has announced Exectras Payments, a new venture that brings together select assets, capabilities, infrastructure and industry experience of Exectras, Inc., Simpay and PayCompass in a single enterprise. Exectras Payments will formally launch October 1, 2026, under the leadership of Joe Cherry as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Managers.
The legacy operations of Simpay Holdings, LLC will contribute wholesale payments infrastructure, experienced operational support and direct-sales capabilities to the new enterprise. The legacy operations of PayCompass will contribute an established ISO channel, an agent-first distribution model and deep experience supporting independent sales professionals. Exectras Payments will also incorporate Exectras Membership and 360HEALTH into its distribution strategy as part of its differentiated value proposition.
