CEO/President

Joe Cherry has been a recognized leader in the sales industry for over 30 years. Joe is the Founder and CEO/President of Exectras. He has spent years solidifying relationships with Fortune 500 companies like Chase Paymentech, Paychex, Allstate and Liberty Mutual. He also negotiated contracts with world recognized brands such as Gallagher and Walmart Health.

Joe serves his community, his church, his company, his family, and every Member passionately from a core belief that “relationships are everything”.

Mr. Cherry recently received the incredible honor of being a recipient of the Presidential Lifetime
Achievement Award for his lifelong commitment to building a stronger nation through volunteer service, and in recognition of his passion for serving community and country.

On Saturday May 20th, 2023, Mr. Cherry’s countless contributions to society by the way of community service, advocacy, mentoring and philanthropic work, were also recognized by the Strategic Growth Leaders Bible University (SGLU) and he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Humanitarianism.

Joe is married to Sara, and they have four amazing children: Nico, Gino, Isabella, and Gianna.
When he is not working or serving Joe enjoys scuba diving, fishing, golfing and plenty of time with
friends and family.

Shawn Dalton
Senior Vice President

Shawn Dalton joined Exectras in October 2023 as Senior Vice President. Shawn is responsible for developing and implementing Exectras’ strategic vision and go-to-market initiatives to expand verticals, drive organic growth, and maximize revenue. Shawn joins Exectras from First American by Deluxe, where he served as Vice President, Strategic Partnerships overseeing the company’s business development with independent sales organizations, integrated software vendors, agents, and referral partners. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the payments industry. In prior roles, Shawn held leadership positions with Chase Paymentech and First Data.

Michael Gargano
COO/Vice President

Michael has a management background in business operations, with more than 25 years of experience. He has extensive knowledge in day-to-day operations, planning, employee development, safety regulations, customer service and human resources. He also has 10 years’ experience in banking & equipment leasing. He has co-owned several start-up companies and is the co-founder of Exectras.

In his current role with Exectras, Michael oversees several departments including Operations, Membership Support, Accounting and HR.

Michael is married to Josie, together they enjoy traveling, walking, biking, renovating their century old fixer upper and spending time with their little dog, Mabel. In his free time, Michael plays recreational ice hockey in a local league, and likes to golf and fish.

John Coolbaugh
Chief Financial Officer

John has served the Exectras since 2010 and was moved into his current CFO position in 2015.

As a graduate from the University of Green Bay in 1986 with a degree in accounting, John started as a paralegal/accountant for a tax law firm where he enjoyed representing people before the Internal Revenue Service.

In 1993, he obtained an enrolled agent license and formed his own company, “Two Corporate Services”, specializing in tax, accounting, and small business reorganization.

Throughout the years John has served on the Board of Directors of several Corporations including Treasurer of the Tres Las Orphanage Fund for 20 years. Tres Las Orphanage is a nonprofit organization caring for multiple orphanages in Mexico including one for teenage girls involved in human trafficking.

Kasey Alexander
Vice President of Partner Relations

Kasey Alexander joined Exectras as Vice President of Partner Relations in June 2024. With over 15 years of industry experience, Kasey began her career in sales before discovering her passion for the integrated payment space. Prior to Exectras, she was the Senior Manager of the Strategic Partner channel at First American, where she managed relationships, developed growth strategies, and oversaw integrations for leading ISVs and ISOs.

In her current role at Exectras, Kasey oversees all partner relationships, both new and existing, with a strong focus on driving growth through strategic integrations.

Crisanto Salazar
Vice President Business Development / Spanish – Latino Market

Crisanto has a background in process engineering and business administration, with over 29 years of experience in the professional, technical, human, and economic development of his teams.

Throughout his career as an employee, area leader, co-founder, and business manager, he has witnessed the challenges and needs that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face during their start-up and growth phases. At Exectras, he discovered many solutions that provide essential tools and benefits, which companies typically spend years searching for, to foster organic and sustained growth for both businesses and employees.

In his current role at Exectras, Crisanto is dedicated to advancing the company’s mission of delivering these solutions’ benefits to a wide range of companies and employees, primarily within the Latin/Hispanic American market, but also to any market that can benefit from them.

Crisanto, originally from Mexico, lives in Texas with his Australian wife and their three children since 2012. They actively participate and grow with the communities they engage with.

Paul Hadfield
Vice President Strategic Partnerships

As VP of Strategic Partnerships, Paul brings over two decades of experience in the payments business to Exectras. He has built several successful businesses, most recently as founder and CEO of TRNXN Company, which grew to become one of the fastest growing businesses in the US as recognized in Inc Magazines “Inc 5000”. He has been featured in the Electronic Transaction Association’s inaugural Forty under 40, is a recipient of Nations Restaurant News’ Most Influential Service Providers, and was awarded acceptance on Forbes Finance Council.

Using his extensive industry knowledge of the merchant services landscape, Paul works to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and track emerging markets and trends for Exectras.

Paul lives in California with his wife, Cassie, and their three children. When not working, he can be found in his garage gym or on an adventure with his family.

Dale Friesen
Vice President of Product Development

Dale Friesen, Vice President of Product Development at Exectras, has been a serial entrepreneur since founding his first web company in 1999. With over 25 years of experience in the software industry, Dale brings a wealth of expertise in corporate health and wellness, HR, and custom software solutions. He has partnered with many long-term clients to develop essential business tools. In his role, Dale oversees the myExectras user experience and partner integrations. Outside of work, Dale enjoys hockey and golf, balancing these interests with family life. He and his wife actively support their three children’s athletic pursuits, from hockey and soccer to year-round training, and Dale has coached his kids’ hockey teams. The family loves spending time at the lake, visiting Disneyland, and gathering with extended family and friends.

Paul Boggs II
Vice President of Marketing and Creative Director

Paul Boggs II has joined Exectras as Vice President of Marketing and Creative Director in July 2024. Paul has over 25 years of design and marketing experience and has worked with Exectras for over 15 years in one capacity or another.
Based in Houston, Texas, Paul and his wife Susie have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Paul has over 30 years of graphic design, production and marketing experience! An entrepreneur at heart Paul is also the founder of Creation Designz a Houston Marketing and design company along with Fuze-Fireworks. Paul has also served pastorally for over 25 years. From flying around in helicopters, preaching, teaching, ministering to youth camps, or working with fortune 500 companies, Paul spends his time helping business’s and nonprofit organizations alike grow and shape their organizations!

Beau Tyndall
National Sales Director

Beau Tyndall joined Exectras as National Sales Director in March 2025. With two decades of experience in the payments industry, he has successfully led high-performing sales teams for industry leaders, including Chase Paymentech, First American by Deluxe, and TSYS. Driven by a passion for payments, Beau is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in the industry.

Outside of work, Beau has been happily married to his wife, Shelly, for 25 years. Together, they have three wonderful children. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors including hunting, fishing, and spending time on the golf course.

Tom Batchelor
Director of Business Development

With a successful career spanning various roles within sales departments, Tom Batchelor brings a wealth
of experience to his position as Director of Business Development. Having worked with businesses of all
sizes, he understands the unique challenges each environment presents.

A pivotal moment in Tom’s career came decades ago during a conversation with a mentor, who reminded
him that he could either be part of the problem or part of the solution. This insight became a guiding
principle, igniting his passion for problem-solving.

One of Tom’s proudest achievements is his work at Exectras. Tom’s approachable demeanor and
commitment to collaboration resonate with colleagues and clients alike. When he’s not strategizing for
success, you can find him exploring new ideas or enjoying time with family and their dog, Sadie.

Zach Spader
Director of Technology

After moving to Texas in 2012, Zach Spader joined the Exectras team as Director of Technology. He has a passion for new technologies and innovation. Zach brought to Exectras a proven track record of creativity, problem solving, and an intense drive to serve customers and drive retention. He is widely viewed as one of the leading experts of Zoho software in the world and is the go-to person at Exectras for training and support regarding the CRM, computers and all forms of communication. Zach is also an avid science fiction fan, music lover, and motorcycle enthusiast.

Lindsey Kath
Director of Partner Relations

Lindsey Kath joined Exectras as Director of Partner Relations in February 2025, bringing extensive expertise in strategic partnership management and business growth. In this role, she oversees and nurtures key partnerships, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive long-term success. Before joining Exectras, Lindsey served as Chief Operating Officer at TRNXN Company, where she led day-to-day operations, optimized efficiency, and drove seamless execution across all departments to enhance performance and profitability.

Driven by a passion for building meaningful relationships and solving complex challenges, Lindsey is committed to delivering tailored solutions that enhance the client experience. Her leadership, positivity, and unwavering energy play a key role in managing Exectras’ growing partner and agent network.

Originally from Minnesota, Lindsey now enjoys the year-round sunshine of California, where she unwinds with daily sunset walks alongside her family and their dog, Calvin.
