This program is available on the Wellness Platform for all users and helps individuals take stock of where they are and where they’d like to be, and chart an attainable path to get there.
The Personal Goal Setting Program is an individual experience that runs 3 weeks.
This program takes the user on a journey that will help them discover what goals are important to them and how to take steps to make them a reality.
All without burning out along the way!
Get Started
To begin the Personal Goal Setting Program, log in to myExectras.
Navigate to the Wellness tab at the top menu.
Click Find a Program on the left side bar.
Scroll down the list of programs until you find the Personal Goal Setting Program.
Click the Start Program button and select the desired start date. This is handy if you are going on vacation and don’t want to forget about a program. Select the start date for when you are back in the office, and it will automatically begin.
